Your LEKFIT workout library includes rebounder-based cardio, full body toning and sculpting, and an entire JETSET series that requires no equipment at all.

The LEKFIT workout library gets new content updates weekly. Each week both BOUNCE and SCULPT 50-minute classes are filmed during live in-studio sessions and added to the IN THE STUDIO series. There are always modifications offered for those without a rebounder wanting to do the BOUNCE classes. In addition to the 50-minute classes, streamers are encouraged to mix up their workouts with the shorter workouts or additional “add-ons” focused on different parts of the body, as well as other full-body workouts ranging from 10 to 30 minutes.

• THE LEKFIT METHOD

LEKFIT is a fitness method designed to create long and lean muscles by using intervals of low impact, high intensity, fat burning cardio with muscle sculpting techniques created to strengthen and tone. LEKFIT is known for two signature classes:

• PRE & POSTNATAL

- The LEKFIT method specializes in pre & post-natal fitness modifications. Streamers will have access to the pre/postnatal core modifications video. This video reviews necessary core modifications to be referenced from the beginning of pregnancy through the fourth trimester

• LEKFIT JET SERIES

- Full-body workouts designed specifically for travel with absolutely no equipment needed

- Jumpsport or Bellicon fitness rebounder (we love the 44” size) § 3lbs and 5lbs free weights

- Light to medium resistance band

- 2lbs or 3lbs ankle weights
